  Check in

To check in guests are required to provide:

  • A VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT
    (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License)
  • A VALID CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
    (Visa, Master Card, American Express*, Maestro and Solo)

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone who is unwilling or unable to provide the above items.
 

Check In time

Check in time - from 14.00 hrs onwards.
If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage with the reception.

  Check Out time Check out time - before 10.00 hrs.
Late check-outs are strictly subject to Hotel availability (an additional charge will apply).
  Breakfast Morning Continental Buffet Breakfast is served daily, Mon-Fri 7.30am till 9.00am, Sat-Sun 8.00am till 9.30am.
Unfortunately earlier breakfast requests cannot be accommodated.
 

Payment

We accept the following types of payment:
Cash, Travelers Cheques (only GBP pounds sterling), and all major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express*, Maestro and Solo).
*All American Express transactions are subject to a 5% surcharge.
 

Cancellations

Reservations must be cancelled 48hrs in advance of your arrival date before 12.00 pm.
In the event of a no show, or a cancellation with less than 48hrs notice prior to the date of arrival, one nights payment will be charged.
  Smoking The Hotel is strictly Non-Smoking.
 

Pets
