Frequently Asked Questions

Q.1 What time is check-in? Check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. If you are arriving earlier than this, you can leave your luggage with the reception until your room is ready.
If you are arriving to the hotel early and require the room, then you will need to book the room for the night before to ensure it is ready for you upon your arrival.
Q.2 What time is check-out? Check-out time is before 11.00 hrs. Late check-outs are strictly subject to Hotel availability and an additional late check-out charge will apply.
Q.3 My flight is leaving in the afternoon/evening can I leave my luggage for the day? You can leave your luggage with the reception for a charge of £1.00 per item.
For locked storage the charge is £5.00 per item.
Q.4 I am arriving to the Hotel late in the evening, is this a problem? The reception is open 24 hrs. If you are arriving late please inform us of your arrival time.
Q.5 How do I reserve a room? Please use our online reservations pageto book securely online. To reserve a room we require your credit card/debit card details.
Q.6 What is your cancellation policy? Your confirmation email will contain the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
Q.7 What type of payments do you accept? Do you accept Euros/Dollars? We accept the following types of payment, Cash, Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
We only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling(£ GBP). Unfortunately we do not accept payment in Euros(€) or in Dollars($).
Q.8 What time is breakfast served? Morning continental breakfast is served daily, Mon-Fri 7.30am till 9.00am, Sat-Sun 8.00am till 9.30am.
Unfortunately earlier or later breakfast requests cannot be accommodated.
Q.9 What do you serve for breakfast? Our menu consists of: Muesli Cereal, Cornflakes, Weetabix, Seasonal Fresh Fruit, Preserved Fruit, Fruit Yoghurt, Cheese, Boiled Eggs, Croissants, Hot Toast, Tea, Herbal Tea selection, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Juices and Condiments.
Q.10 Does the Hotel have any parking facilities? There are NO parking facilities. Parking on the street out side the hotel is Resident Permit Holders only.

Q.11 Do you allow pets? No, we do not allow any pets.
Q.12 Are there tea/coffee making facilities in the room? We have free tea/coffee making facilities in the guests lounge. There are non tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Q.13 Do you have internet facilities / WiFi? We have an internet station in guests lounge which is charged at £1.00 for 10mins.
Free unsecured WiFi is available in the guests lounge and reception area only. Unfortunately we can not guarantee a WiFi signal in any of the rooms.
Q.14 How do I get to the Hotel from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London City Airports? Please see our Airports page for directions.
Q.15 Can I smoke in the room? We have a strict NO-SMOKING policy in all our rooms.
You can smoke on the covered hotel patio which is outside the guests lounge.
Q.16 Are the rooms air-conditioned? We do not have any air-conditioned rooms.
Q.17 Does the Hotel provide laundry facilities? No, however close to the Hotel are a number of good launderettes and dry cleaners.
Q.18 Does the Hotel have an Elevator? The hotel has an elevator.
