Q.1

What time is check-in?
Check in time - from 14.00 hrs onwards. If you are arriving earlier than this, you can leave your luggage with the reception until the room is ready.
If you are arriving to the hotel early and require the room, then you will need to book the room for the night before to ensure it is ready for you.

Q.2

What time is check-out?
Check out time - before 10.00 hrs. Late check-outs are strictly subject to Hotel availability (an additional charge will apply).
Q.3 My flight is in the afternoon/evening can I leave my luggage?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with the reception for a charge of £1.00 per item, for locked storage the charge is £5.00 per item.
Q.4 I am arriving to the Hotel late in the evening, is this a problem?
No, the reception is open 24 hrs. If you are arriving late please let us know your time of arrival so we know what time to expect you.
Q.5 How do I reserve a room?
Please use our reservation form to let us know the details of your stay.
To reserve a room we require your credit card/debit card details. Our policy is to charge for the 1st night as a deposit, which is refundable according to our cancellation policy below.
Q.6

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48hrs in advance of your arrival date before 12.00 pm.
In the event of a no show, or a cancellation with less than 48 hrs notice prior to the date of arrival, one nights payment will be charged.

Q.7

What type of payments do you accept? Do you accept Euros/Dollars?
We accept the following types of payment, Cash, Travelers Cheques (only GBP pounds sterling), and all major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express*, Maestro and Solo).
*All American Express transactions are subject to a 5% surcharge.

We only accept payment in Pounds Sterling(£). Unfortunately we do not accept payment in Euros(€) or Dollars($).

Q.8 What time is breakfast served?
Morning continental breakfast is served from 7.30am till 9.00am. Unfortunately earlier breakfast requests cannot be accommodated.
Q.9 Do you allow pets?
Sorry, we do not allow any pets.
Q.10 Are there tea/coffee making facilities in the room?
No, but we have free tea/coffee making facilities in the guests lounge.
Q.11 Do you have internet facilities / WiFi?
We have an internet station in guests lounge which is charged at £1.00 for 30mins.
Secure WiFi access is available in the guests lounge at an additional charge, or free unsecured WiFi is available in the guests lounge and reception area only. We do not guarantee a WiFi signal in any of the rooms.
Q.12 How do i get to the Hotel from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London City Airports?

Q.13 Can I smoke in the room?
No, we have a strict non-smoking policy in all our rooms. You can smoke on the covered hotel patio which is outside the guests lounge.
Q.14 Are the rooms air-conditioned?
No, we do not have any air-conditioned rooms.
Q.15 Does the Hotel provide laundry facilities?
No, however close the Hotel are a number of good laundrettes and dry cleaners.
Q.16 Does the Hotel have an Elevator?
Yes, the hotel has a elevator.
